Since 2018, my voluntary contribution to Tønder Festival has been Yoga in The Marsh/Yoga i Marsken. Give yourself a great start of the day and sharpen your senses with yoga so that you are ready for the musical input of the day. One hour in great company of the close nature in the festival area where you will be guided through various exercises in approx. one hour so that the body and senses are awaken quietly. We wrap up the class with deep relaxation.
Class is taught in Danish, English and Southern Jutlandish, depending on audience, and it takes place outdoor inside the festival area so you need a ticket to the festival to participate. Remember to bring your own mat - and to ask for SUNSHINE!
