Flexibility, energy, calmness and strength with yoga. This class is in Tønder, in the gym hall of FysioDanmark, Fabriksvej 9, 6270 Tønder. The type of yoga being taught here is Patanjali Yoga, which is built on BKS Iyengar's yoga principles - a dynamic body training system including both body and mind with with emphasis on strength and flexibility especially in legs, back and shoulders, posture and body awareness. Our breathing is used actively in the exercises and we always end the class with a total relaxation of the nervous system.

Classes run from 18.00 - 19.30, and we welcome a maximum of 10 participants. We bring all the yoga props needed.
Sign up for 6 months or per season. First come, first serve and your purchase is legally binding. Remember to state whether you wish to sign up for one year, half a year or one season. If you have to skip a class in Tønder, you are more than welcome to join one of my classes at Yogaværkstedet in Øster Højst as a replacement – together we find out how it works best for you
